Our hand count speed test is a simple way to determine whether we can actually hand count all ballots in counties the size of Tarrant, Dallas, Harris, etc, including Early and Absentee ballots, and have our precinct returns delivered to the county by 1am ideally.
The faster we can count batches or 50 ballots, the fewer counting teams we will need. Our goal: count all 34 races on 50 ballots, accurately, in under one hour.
